For less than $10,000, Rapp Strategies can provide a full range of communications materials that school districts need to engage their residents and inform potential voters about the details of the referendum. Rapp Strategies is a full-service strategy and communications firm that has extensive experience working on local referenda in Minnesota. They have provided local governments with communications support for over 90 referendum elections, and their clients were successful in 63 of them, mostly in Minnesota school districts.
