The Minnesota Service Cooperatives partners with Bloomboard to offer EDvancement, a series of competency-based micro-endorsements for classroom educators. (Micro-endorsements are multiple micro-credentials grouped or stacked to obtain the micro-endorsement.)

Micro-endorsements include Building Educator Skills to Support Student-Wellbeing (three micro-credential courses), Building Educator Skills to Support Learning Recovery (three micro-credential courses), and Building Educator Skills to Support Attending to Equity (six micro-credential courses), and Career and Technical Education (CTE) alternative teacher program.
