About COMPASS: Collaborative Minnesota Partnerships to Advance Student Success, is a statewide education system created through a collaboration between the Minnesota Department of Education, Minnesota Service Cooperatives, and Regional Centers for Excellence.
The COMPASS Statewide System of Support, inclusive of the READ Act-funded Regional Literacy Network, is made possible by a team of specialists at each of the nine regional service cooperatives who work in close collaboration with MDE. These specialists offer expertise, support, and professional development for districts using the Minnesota Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MnMTSS) framework.
