Surveys of Enacted Curriculum - Facilitator Documents

These documents were all created for a statewide math project, so many of the examples are math-related, and some of the text might refer specifically to that project.  Each district has unique needs, so any time you use any of these documents, please review the content carefully and customize it to reflect the particular project.  You may even need to replace some of the screenshots.  If you need assistance, please contact Amy Grover at agrover@ssc.coop.
